Terms of Use

1. The Parties

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are agreed electronically between Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Enjoyvent") and the person (the "User") who uses the site at kinayde.enjoyvent.com.

The events sold through the site are run by Kınay Global UG (the "Business"), which owns and operates them.

2. Definitions

• Site: The platform at kinayde.enjoyvent.com.
• User: Anyone who visits the Site, registers, or buys a ticket.
• Business: The person or company organising the event.
• Event: Concerts, theatre performances, festivals, sports fixtures, exhibitions and similar occasions held at a set date and time, as well as workshops, courses, experiences, tours, sessions and similar recurring or time-bound activities.
• Service: The platform Enjoyvent provides so that the Business can sell tickets to its events.

Enjoyvent provides the platform. It does not own, run, or host the events sold on it.

3. What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern your use of the Site and your purchase of tickets to the Business's events through it.

Buying a ticket forms a contract between you and the Business. The terms of that sale — what you are buying, at what price, and on what refund conditions — are set out in the sale documents presented to you at checkout, not here.

4. Your Obligations

You agree:

• To use the Site lawfully and in good faith
• To give accurate and current information when you register
• Not to open an account or pay using someone else's information
• To keep your account credentials confidential
• To be responsible for what is done through your account
• Not to resell tickets commercially
• To follow the rules of the Business and of the venue
• To check age limits and entry conditions before you buy

5. What Enjoyvent Does

Enjoyvent provides the technical platform through which the Business sells tickets.

The Business decides:

• The event and its content
• Date and time
• Venue
• Seating
• Price
• Age limits
• Entry conditions
• Cancellation and refund conditions

The Business is responsible for all of them.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation and refund conditions are set by the Business.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the Business decides what happens and Enjoyvent carries out the refunds it instructs. Nothing here removes any refund or cancellation right the consumer law where you live gives you.

Check the event's refund and change conditions before you buy.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Enjoyvent is not responsible for loss caused by someone else using your account where that use was made possible by your own failure to keep your credentials confidential.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, software, and Enjoyvent-branded content on the Site belong to Enjoyvent.

Event content and images belong to the Business or to the relevant rightsholders.

Copying or using either commercially without permission is not allowed.

9. Personal Data

By using the Site you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Personal data is processed:

• By Enjoyvent, to run the platform
• By the Business, to run the event and — where you have opted in — to market to you

Enjoyvent and the Business each decide independently why and how they process it.

10. Limitation of Liability

Enjoyvent is not liable for:

• Cancellations or changes made by the Business
• Disputes about what an event was or contained
• Conditions at the venue
• Events outside our reasonable control
• Technical failures

Enjoyvent's total liability in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any right you have as a consumer that cannot be contracted out of.

11. Changes

Enjoyvent may update these Terms.

The updated text applies from the moment it is published on the Site.

Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept it.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Business is established — Germany, and disputes about them may be brought before the courts there.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts where the law gives you that right.

13. When These Terms Start

These Terms apply from the moment you accept them electronically or continue to use the Site.
