2. What We Collect

Identity information

First name, last name, and — where you choose to give them — gender and date of birth.

Contact information

Mobile phone number, email address.

Location information

City and region, and precise location only where you have turned it on.

Account and transaction information

Tickets purchased, order and refund history, session details, and ticket/QR validation records.

Device and usage information

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, application version, server logs, and pages viewed.

Marketing information

Your preferences and interests, campaign participation, referral information, your marketing consent status, and cookie data.

Payment information

Payment method, billing details, amount, and payment reference numbers. Card numbers are entered on, and held by, the payment provider — neither Enjoyvent nor the Business stores them.

Support information

Support messages, requests, and complaints, and any records of calls about them.

We collect only what the purpose we describe below actually needs.

3.1 Enjoyvent

• Selling, refunding, and exchanging tickets
• Processing payments
• Providing and maintaining the technical infrastructure
• Keeping the platform secure and preventing fraud

• Marketing, where you have opted in

3.2 The Business

• Organising and running the event
• Building attendee lists
• Entry control and ticket validation
• Operational messages about the event you bought a ticket for
• Marketing and campaigns, where you have opted in

Enjoyvent and the Business do not send marketing messages on each other's behalf.

Depending on where you live, the legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into, that it is necessary to meet a legal obligation, that it serves a legitimate interest that does not override your rights, or that you consented — and where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who We Share It With

Your personal data may be shared with:

• The Business, by Enjoyvent, so that it can run the event
• Payment providers and banks
• Hosting, cloud, and infrastructure providers
• SMS and email delivery providers
• Analytics providers, where you have accepted the relevant cookies
• Public authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where It Is Processed

Enjoyvent's infrastructure and some of its service providers are located outside your country, including in Türkiye and the European Union, so your personal data may be transferred and stored there. Where it is, we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers requiring them to protect it to the standard described in this policy.
