Política de privacidad

At Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Enjoyvent") and Kınay Global Ug (the "Business"), we care about the privacy and security of the personal data we obtain when you use the services offered through kinayde.enjoyvent.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed and why, who processes it, with whom it may be shared, and how you can exercise the rights you have over it.

The organiser of this site is established in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, so the Aviso RGPD sets out, in the terms the GDPR requires, the legal basis for each purpose below, the transfer of your data outside the EEA, and your right to complain to a supervisory authority.

1. Who Processes Your Data

For account and ticket transactions on this site, your personal data is processed by:

• Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş.
• Kınay Global Ug

each deciding independently why and how it processes that data — a "controller" under most data-protection regimes. Enjoyvent operates the platform; the Business runs the event and sells the ticket.

3. Why We Process It

3.1 Enjoyvent

• Creating and running your account
• Selling, refunding, and exchanging tickets
• Processing payments
• Providing and maintaining the technical infrastructure
• Keeping the platform secure and preventing fraud
• Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations
• Marketing, where you have opted in

3.2 The Business

• Organising and running the event
• Building attendee lists
• Entry control and ticket validation
• Operational messages about the event you bought a ticket for
• Marketing and campaigns, where you have opted in

Enjoyvent and the Business do not send marketing messages on each other's behalf.

Depending on where you live, the legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into, that it is necessary to meet a legal obligation, that it serves a legitimate interest that does not override your rights, or that you consented — and where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who We Share It With

Your personal data may be shared with:

• The Business, by Enjoyvent, so that it can run the event
• Payment providers and banks
• Hosting, cloud, and infrastructure providers
• SMS and email delivery providers
• Analytics providers, where you have accepted the relevant cookies
• Public authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where It Is Processed

Enjoyvent's infrastructure and some of its service providers are located outside your country, including in Türkiye and the European Union, so your personal data may be transferred and stored there. Where it is, we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers requiring them to protect it to the standard described in this policy.

6. Cookies

Cookies are used on this site to:

• Make the service work at all
• Keep it secure
• Measure traffic
• Remember your preferences
• Show more relevant content, where you have opted in

For details, see the "Cookie Policy".

7. How Long We Keep It

Your personal data is kept for the longest of:

• The period the purpose it was collected for actually requires
• The period accounting, tax, and other legal obligations require
• The limitation period for any claim it may be needed to defend

After that it is deleted or anonymised.

8. How We Protect It

Enjoyvent and the Business apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS)
• Restricted and logged access
• Encryption of stored credentials and secrets
• Written data-processing terms with our providers

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you gave. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Ask us here:

• Enjoyvent: [email protected]
• The Business: [email protected]
